30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All tags must be attached
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Please do not send any product back without first contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping details.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please check your order carefully as soon as it is delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the original product must first be returned and approved according to our return process.

After approval, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
