Ready-to-Dispatch Items:
Orders within Pakistan are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation.

Pre-Booking Items:
Pre-booking products from Basanti Collection require extra preparation time. These items may take approximately 1 to 2 months to be delivered.

Please note that pre-booked items are processed only after order confirmation and may require additional time for production, arrangement, or sourcing.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing it as soon as possible.

Ready-to-dispatch items are prepared and shipped quickly, while pre-booking orders follow their required preparation schedule before being dispatched.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes
